Monthly Social Dinner: Golden Empire Region's monthly social dinner will still be held the third Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm (check calendar for any changes). We will now meet at Coco's Bakery Restaurant (955 Oak Street, Bakersfield, CA).
GEM Saturday Breakfast: Our weekly Saturday breakfast/launching point is at the Golden Ox Diner (3400 Wilson Road, Bakersfield, CA at 7:30.). You never know when we'll have an impromptu drive after breakfast!
Message to PCA GEM members: Please send us your favorite picture of your car so we can post it on our pages! Looking for each model to replace the stock pictures we have up now. First come, first served. Once all models are in, the rest will be displayed on our gallery page. Please include your name, the year and model of your Porsche.

Hi Porsche (Porsh - uh) Enthusiasts,
I would like to welcome you to our web site. 2013 will bring a lot of changes to our web site and our club. You will notice our calendar is now full of events for most of the year. Nearly every weekend will have something happening in the club. From driving events to our weekly breakfast meetings each Saturday. Be sure to come back and check it regularly as some of the locations and times may change throughout the year.

A little bit about myself... I have been a PCA member since 2008. Originally a member of Diablo Region in northern California, I moved to Bakersfield in 2009 and have been an active participant in our local region. My wife Angie and I own several Porsches including a 2006 Cayman S, a 1984 944, a 1983 944 race car project and a 1986 924S parts car. I enjoy autocross and DE events as well as photography. UPDATE: We recently added a 1974 914 2.0 to the family!
